Obituary: Jon Michael Gilman Naughton

Jon Michael Gilman Naughton, 76
Jon Michael Gilman Naughton of Hull, formerly of Jamaica Plain, died peacefully at home on Saturday, May 22 after a multi-year battle with illness. He was 76.
Born in Milton on September 29, 1944, he was the son of the late Roger and Edna (McLaughlin) Naughton and husband and love of Donna Jean (Haggerty) for 48 years. Mr. Naughton was the brother of the late Maureen (Naughton) Ledwell, Karen Beth Naughton, and Charles C. Gilman.
Known as “Juan Miguel” and “Jon Jon” to his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, Mr. Naughton worked as a service representative with Eastman Kodak until his retirement in 2003. He also was a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast.
At Mr. Naughton’s request, visiting hours are omitted. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Mr. Naughton’s graveside service on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Hull Village Cemetery.
