Gamblers Anonymous. Do you think you have a problem with compulsive gambling, or want to learn more about how to stop gambling? Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other to help solve this common problem and help others to recover from a gambling problem. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop gambling. There are no dues or fees for Gamblers Anonymous membership, and the group is not allied with any religion or political organization. Spanish Storytime. In conjunction with SELA, the International Private School, the Hull Library will be hosting a Spanish Storytime at 10:30 am. This free event is geared towards children ages 1-5 and will include a craft. They will be reading “The Turtle Who Wanted to Sleep” also known as “La Tortuga Que Queria Dormir.” Registration is not required but would be greatly appreciated. Preschool story time is also back at the library on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. Join us for stories, songs, and a simple craft. This program is recommended for ages 2-5. Strength & Flow Monday and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. Sara Pearson teaches this dynamic class integrating breath, mindful movement, and yoga, with the use of small hand weights, resistance bands, and balls to increase strength and flexibility. $5 per class. Qigong on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. Sandy O’Hara leads a class with roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts. This class is for anyone who wants to lower their stress and maintain long term health and wellness. The six-week series is offered for $5 per class. Balance and Conditioning. The senior center is offering balance and conditioning classes. Each session consists of strength and conditioning exercises, stretches, and various balance drills designed to increase balance, strength, and flexibility. The stretching and strengthening exercises are focused on key muscles and joints to improve range of motion, strength, stability, awareness, and reaction time to prevent falls from poor balance. Not Just Yoga on Wednesdays. This class, led by Nicole Palermo of Sanctuary Fitness, infuses mindfulness, breath work, Reiki, and sound healing with mat-based movement to cleanse and release the issues within your tissues. $5/class. Sign up in advance by calling the senior center, 781-925-1239.

Chair Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Yoga can be practiced by everyone. It is an ideal activity for those with balance issues or looking to start a yoga practice slowly. It not only has the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, pain, and fatigue, but it can also help with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues like menopause and arthritis. Zumba Gold Tuesdays at 8:45 a.m. Using light weight-toning Moroccan sticks, Justine Hobin leads classes in rhythm-based movement that tones arms, core, and lower back. Veterans who served during the war on terror: The War Memorial Commission is seeking submissions for an update to the memorial wall. Active-duty dates 9/11/01 to 9/30/21. Must have enlisted from Hull during that time as shown on your DD 214. Submit your DD214 to Hull Veterans Service Officer Paul Sordillo at town hall, 253 Atlantic Ave.

St. Mary of the Assumption Parish/St. Ann Church Masses are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m., Saturdays at 4 p.m. and Sundays at 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Bereavement Support Group. This free online support group begins on Tuesday, July 20, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will be ongoing. It is open to anyone who has experienced the death of someone they love. Registration is required. This support group will be held virtually via Zoom.
