Obituary: Dona Lawson
/Dona Lawson, at 50
Dona M.T. [Barnes] Lawson died Oct. 11. She was 50.
Ms. Lawson worked as a CPA at the offices of Michael A. Taicher, PC for more than 20 years. She had a true passion for riding her Harley-Davidson Motorcycle. She enjoyed her times at the beach and especially enjoyed her travels to Key West. However, her main passion in life was her family, especially her children. Ms. Lawson will be remembered for her free spirit, love of life, beautiful smile, and contagious laugh.
Loving mother of Dasia Barnes, James Lawson, and Samantha Lawson, all of Hull; cherished daughter of Dorothy Turner of NC and the late James Barnes; devoted sister of Michelle Turner of North Carolina, Kathleen Bradford of Fitchburg, and the late James Barnes and Yvonne Barnes; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Celebration of Life service that will be held at the Salt Water Club in Hull on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 4-8 p.m.
