/John Aaron Levangie, at 41
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of John Aaron Levangie, 41, of Hull, who departed from us on Aug. 10, 2023. After a scheduled surgery, Mr. Levangie faced unexpected complications and passed away in Kona, Hawaii.
Mr. Levangie was born on June 19, 1982. After graduating from Hull High School in 2000, Mr. Levangie followed in the footsteps of his loving parents, Arthur F. Levangie and Kim L. Levangie, and served in the U.S Navy.
In John’s memory, we will strive to carry forward the enthusiasm and laughter that he had an abundance of for every occasion. Those fortunate enough to know him will always remember his exuberant laugh, along with his genuine capacity and desire to support and care for others.
Mr. Levangie is survived by his parents, Arthur F. Levangie and Kim L. Levangie, and siblings, Megan, Robert, Jesse, Sarah, Taylor, and Morgan. He was cherished by many aunts, uncles, close friends, and his beloved dog, Emma. Mr. Levangie was a devoted and loving uncle to his 12 nieces and nephews, and his family will forever find solace in knowing that his memory will live on through the fun-loving qualities he instilled in each of them.
A celebration of life will be held on Sept. 22 from 4-8 p.m. at Cohasset Lightkeepers, 15 Lighthouse Lane, Cohasset.
