Lawrence Charles Klucevsek, 59, a lifelong resident of Hull, died peacefully on Oct. 13.
A sheet metal worker for 30 years, he spent his later years as a landscaper and ran his own flea market, primarily for the sociability aspect.
He was a talented handyman and enjoyed creative projects. He possessed a tremendous work ethic in all his endeavors. A self-proclaimed comedian, he brightened everyone’s day with his wit, kindness, friendliness, generosity, and humor.
Mr. Klucevsek is survived by his wife and soulmate, Carol [Osterberg]; his siblings: Doreen [Joe] and brothers Bob [Colleen] and Frank [Donna]. Mr. Klucevsek also leaves two stepchildren; five grandchildren; his goddaughter, Dory Whalen; and several nieces and nephews, who will miss him dearly.
Mr. Klucevsek was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothea and Frank; his sister Carolyn; and brother Dean.
There will be a Mass of remembrance at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at St. Ann’s Church, Hull.
