/Patrick J. Riordan, 86
Patrick J. Riordan of Hull, formerly of Hyde Park and Roxbury, passed peacefully on Sept. 23, 2022 at the age of 86.
He was the beloved husband of the late Janice F. (Colarusso), devoted father of Patricia M. Riordan of Hyde Park, brother of Mary O’Neill of Hyde Park and her late husband, William, the late Dennis Riordan and his surviving wife, Patricia, and the late William Riordan and his late wife, Janis. Loving “Papa” of Raphael Riordan (BPD) of Hyde Park and great-granddaughter Grace Riordan. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mr. Riordan was a dedicated and loved member of AA for 57 years and personally helped hundreds of people along the way. He worked for Boston Edison for more than 40 years.
Visiting hours will be held at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park, on Sunday, Oct. 2, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services at Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home on Monday, Oct. 3, at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Mission Church, 1545 Tremont St., Roxbury, at 10 a.m. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park. Relatives and friends invited.
