Edward J. Warren, 94

Edward J. Warren of Hull died June 23, 2022 at age 94. The beloved husband of the late Catherine (Friel) Warren, he was the father of Edward Warren and his wife, Betty, of Roslindale, Joseph Warren and his wife, Joan, of West Roxbury, Dennis Warren and his wife, Judy, of Hull, Michael Warren and his wife, Lisa, of Braintree, Katherine Warren of Fairhaven and John Warren and his wife, Michelle, of Whitman.

Mr. Warren was the brother of Louise Tierney of Martha’s Vineyard and the late Ernest Warren. He also is survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, and two additional “on their way,” as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Mr. Warren was a proud WWII US Army Veteran of the Military Police. After serving his country, he took a position with Boston Edison and worked for more than 42 years. He was a talented woodworker and painter. He was always up to the challenge for any puzzle. He loved living by the ocean and truly enjoyed Nantasket Beach. The foundation of his life was his family and his strong faith. Mr. Warren raised his family with the strong work ethic he embodied all through the years. He will be missed by all those who were fortunate to have had him in their lives.
