Obituary: Catherine E. Warren

Catherine E. Warren, at 88
Catherine E. [Friel] Warren of Hull, formerly of Jamaica Plain, died Dec. 6. She was 88. 
Mrs. Warren was born in Boston and attended Jamaica Plain High School, graduating in 1947. She was a classic homemaker, whether it be vacuuming, cooking, or spending time with her family. All who had the pleasure of knowing her will miss her dearly. 
She was the beloved wife of 66 years to Edward J. Warren of Hull; loving mother of Edward D. Warren and his wife, Elizabeth, of Roslindale; Joseph F. Warren and his wife, Joan, of West Roxbury; Dennis J. Warren and his wife, Judy, of Hull; Michael P. Warren and his wife, Lisa, of Braintree; Katherine M. Warren of Hull; and John P. Warren and his wife, Michelle, of Whitman. She was cherished “Nana” of 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. 
Mrs. Warren was predeceased by her siblings, Beatrice Cunningham, Margaret Rock, and Daniel Friel. She leaves many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 
Services have been held. Her burial took place Monday at Hull Village Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Harbor House Activities Department, 11 Condito Rd., Hingham, MA 02043. See www.Keohane.com for online condolences.
