DPW's in the pink for October

Hull DPW personnel are wearing pink shirts with the Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon wrapped around the town logo for the month of October, Breast Cancer Awareness month.

DPW Director Jim Dow, on his department's blogsite, said the shirts honor all who have been affected by breast cancer, including administrative assistant Mary Ellen White.

"Our own Administrative Assistant Mary Ellen is a survivor, we wish her and everyone else the best of luck and continued health. <3," Dow wrote in a post Friday.
