In Remembrance: Lauren Victoria Gould

In Remembrance: Lauren Victoria Gould 1985 - 2017
Lauren Victoria Gould, the daughter of Laurence and Kate (Wonson) Gould of Agawam, and the wife of Daniel Nunez of Pasadena, Texas, passed into the hands of our Lord in Heaven on May 31, 2017.
She joined her paternal grandparents, Laurence and Phyllis Gould of Hull, her maternal grandparents, Russell and Mary (Pinkie) Wonson of Gloucester, and her second cousin, Robert Larsen of Hull.
Ms. Gould was born in Abington, Penn., and was raised in Cromwell, Conn., where she graduated from the Cromwell schools, the International Institute of Cosmetology and the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Ms. Gould briefly taught cosmetology, and later worked in public relations for radio station 104.1-FM in Glastonbury.
Ms. Gould married Daniel Nunez at Beauport in Gloucester in July of 2013, and the couple lived in Houston and Pasadena, where Ms. Gould worked in public relations for country station 93Q, and as a campaign manager for the Texas Democratic National Party.
Ms. Gould’s friendly, loving and caring nature, bigger-than-life personality, and hilarious sense of humor endeared her to everyone she met.  Her comments on Facebook regarding incompetent politicians and temperamental celebrities were enjoyed by her many followers. She loved her friends and co-workers, and especially adored her many relatives.
In spite of having older parents who raised her to appreciate the classic singers, such as Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Judy Garland, and Perry Como (his version of “With a Song in My Heart” was one of her favorites), Ms. Gould could not get enough of Nine Inch Nails, Nirvana, Morrissey, or Green Day, among others.
Ms. Gould is greatly missed by her parents, and her aunt and uncle, Marie and Randy Gould of Hull Village. She is fondly remembered by a host of Gould and Wonson aunts, uncles and cousins, and by her wonderful husband, Daniel, and his family.
‘Til we meet again...
“But I always knew, I would live life through, with a song in my heart for you.”
