Irving Kalish, 87 
Irving Kalish, a retired pharmacist, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on May 10. He was 87.
A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Irving had worked as a pharmacist for his entire career at several pharmacies, including Brooks Pharmacy and locally at Nantasket Pharmacy.
He was a treasured member of Temple Israel and Temple Beth Sholom, of Hull, where he was a past president and lay leader for decades. He was proud to rededicate himself at his second bar mitzvah in 2014. 
Irving was a true tzaddik – a righteous man. He faithfully served his customers, his temple, and his community with a quiet and unassuming dedication. To all, he was kind and generous. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Like any true mensch, he demurred when called on.
Irving is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Judith Rosenfield Kalish, and his children, Sheryl Sacharoff and her husband, Alex, of Oviedo, Fla., Neal Kalish and his wife, Lisa, of Manhattan, and Cindy Kalish and her wife, Martha, of Chelmsford. He leaves his grandchildren, Justin, Cory, Hannah, AnaBella, Andrew, Harrison, Nicholas, and Samuel. He is also survived by his sister, Elaine, of Long Island, and several beloved nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, funeral attendance was limited. Services were livestreamed on Wednesday, May 12, and burial followed at Sharon Memorial Park.
