Obituary: Alan Feo

Alan Feo, at 77

Alan Feo, 77, of Hull, passed away at home surrounded by his family on September 20, 2023 after a long and hard-fought battle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was the beloved husband of Cynthia L. (Anastos) Feo, with whom he shared 38 years of marriage.

Born in the Bronx, New York, he was the son of the late John and Edith (Sherf) Feo. A dedicated father, Mr. Feo loved spending time with his children who were his first passion, but his close second passion was golf. He was a proud member of South Shore Country Club and if you didn’t catch him there playing 18, you would almost certainly find him hitting golf balls at the Dust Bowl while smoking his signature cigars.

Mr. Feo had a great sense of humor, loved making everyone laugh with his jokes, and could always hold the attention of a room. He was the type of guy who would do anything for anybody, especially for his family.

Mr. Feo is survived by his three sons: Christopher Feo and his wife, Brianna, of New York, NY, Alex Feo and his wife, Julia, of Dorchester, and Alan Paxton and his wife, Bobbi, of Chesterfield, VA. He also was the grandfather of Ashley Paxton.

Brother of Dolores Vallianos and her late husband, Dennis, Mike Feo and his wife, Donna, Mona Falco and her late husband, Bobby, Alphonso Feo and his wife, Helen, Joey Feo and his wife, Kim, and the late John Feo. He also is survived by many nieces, nephews, and his favorite dog, “Theo Feo.”

Services will be private.
