Obituary: Diane Marie Antoine

Diane Marie Antoine, 72

Diane Marie Antoine passed away in Hingham on Nov. 26, 2022. She was 72 years old.

Born on Jan. 26, 1950 in Cohasset, along with her triplet sisters, Debbie and Donna, Miss Antoine and her family moved to Point Allerton Avenue from Hingham when she was five years old, to a home where she would go on to spend most of her life. The very proud daughter of Faith and Francis Antoine, she spent her summer days enjoying the beach and going to Paragon Park.

Miss Antoine deeply loved Hull, her family, and many friends. She never left Hull and her nephews, Joel and Jason Gagne, became her de facto sons when her triplet sister Donna and her husband, Joe, returned to the family home in Hull, where they would raise their family with Diane.

Miss Antoine was a people person, extremely hard-working, and exceptionally generous. She worked for many years at Paragon Park, the Kozy Nook Restaurant in Hull, and Pyrotector in Hingham.

Miss Antoine is survived by her two live-in nephews, Joel Gagne and his wife, Meg Ansara, of Concord, and Jason Gagne and his wife, Jenna, of Hull, her grandnephews and nieces Tessa, Seamus, Owen, Aryana, Jack, and Julian, as well as many other nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly; her siblings, George Antoine and his wife, Jackie; Jimmy Antoine and his wife, Maddie; Debbie Clark; Regina Renshaw and her husband, Rick; and Chucky Antoine and his wife, Gina. Miss Antoine was preceded in death by her triplet sister Donna, brother Eddie, and sister Terri.

A funeral Mass will take place on Dec. 5 at 11 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Diane’s life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Mary of the Assumption Parish at St. Ann’s Church.  Visit www.keohane.com for online condolences.
