Obituary: William Costa

William Costa, 58 
William (“Bill”) Costa died unexpectedly on July 24. He was 58.
Born on Feb. 8, 1962, to the late Barbara Costa Ogg, he is survived by his wife, Kathleen McDonald Costa; his daughters, Kerri Costa, of Quincy, and Katelyn Costa, of Hull, and her fiancé Terry Barthelemy; his sister, Cheri O’Bryan, and her husband, Rick O’Bryan, of Rockland; his brother, David Costa, of Connecticut; his sister, Kathy Costa, of Brighton; his brothers-in-law, Jimmy McDonald, of Hingham, and John McDonald and his wife, Paulina, of Hingham, along with many nieces and nephews. Bill was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was employed as a deli clerk at Stop & Shop in Cohasset. 
He loved spending time with family and friends. He was an avid Boston sports fan, and you would rarely see him without his baseball cap. He enjoyed his animals, a good song, and puttering around the house and yard. He also loved to show off his grilling skills. 
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Bill during visiting hours on Friday, July 31, from 4-7 p.m. at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 160 South Main St. (across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset.
