Obituary: Nancy Dennen

Nancy Dennen, 52
Nancy Dennen, of Hull, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Aug. 23. She was 52.
Nancy adored her family and her dog, Jack. She enjoyed going to the beach, taking Jack for walks, listening to upbeat music, and dancing. She also loved babysitting her grandson, John, and spending time with her family. 
Nancy was a feisty, determined, strong, and loving woman, who protected those she cared about. She would do anything for anyone. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 
Daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary Dennen, she was the loving mother of Jason Dennen, of Cambridge; Justine Dixon, of Hull; Ryan Dixon, of Randolph; Brandon Dixon, of Onset; and Hannah Dixon of Milford. She was the cherished sister of Debbie Cooney, of Franklin; Lawrence Dennen Jr., of Plymouth; and Colleen Shannon, of Plymouth. She was the devoted grandmother of John Thomas Dixon, of Hull. 
Nancy was the former partner of the late John Dixon and niece of Warren and the late Pauline Goller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved dog, Jack. 
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday, 3-6 p.m., in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central Street), Hingham, followed by a funeral home service at 6 p.m. Cremation will follow.
