Obituary: Adeline DelBene

Adeline DelBene, at 72
Adeline (Bevilacqua) DelBene, 72, of Medford and Hull, died peacefully July 14 after a courageous six-year battle with cancer. She was a longtime employee of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and a server at Regina Pizzeria in Boston’s North End. 
Loving wife of the late James DelBene, she was the devoted daughter of the late Louise (Polcari) and Charles Bevilacqua; and loving sister of Anthony Bevilacqua, of Hull, Susan Buckley and her husband, Kevin, of Burlington, and Charles Bevilacqua and his wife, Karen, of Arizona. She also was a much-loved aunt of Joy Littrell, Jessica Downing, Steven Buckley, and Michelle Buckley; and great-aunt of Emma, Savannah, Isabella, Noah, and Grace. She was the niece of Josephine Polcari, John Polcari and his wife, Lucie, and Gilda Mercurio; and is also survived by many cousins and dear friends. 
Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 11 at 10 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church, 208 Samoset Ave., Hull. Interment will be private.
